Epitomes of Art and Science
... is both a retrospective as well as a cabinet of curiosities and one of the many steps to developing new epistemological landscapes.
We are a group of people from different countries, with different educational backgrounds, different ages and genders, who come into contact with each other through the department of Art & Science of the Univerity of applied art Vienna.
Despite all the differences, we have something in common. In short, one could name it as the search for a well engineered worldview and thus to describe a more adapted existence and appearance in the world.
This involves research into methods, different perspectives, as well as forms of communication and representation and the endeavor to establish the appropriate spaces for reflection and exchange.
